Miguel Golmayo is a ship and submarine captain in the Spanish Navy and an expert on energy and military intelligence. He is currently Defence Adviser to Spain’s Permanent Representation at the Organisation for Security and Co-Operation in Europe (OSCE), and a Defence Attaché at the Spanish Embassy in Slovenia.
